Geri Muhs, co-owner of Village Real Estate is a life-long resident of Hampton Bays. Her family has lived here for four generations. Geri previously owned “Geri’s Headlines”, a hair salon in Hampton Bays that she opened in 1972. Her close one on one relationship with her clients has carried through to her Real Estate business. Each client is treated with her special hands on approach where customer service is all important. Referrals are an important source for any Real Estate broker. Geri’s referrals come from those who have known and trusted her in business since 1972. Geri is the very proud mother of two sons, Jeffrey and Shane and two grandchildren Dakota and Ayden. Constance Porto has recently joined Village Real Estate after relocating to Hampton Bays last month. Prior to her big move, she was a Licensed Sales Associate and Office Manager for Century 21 Amiable Realty Group II in Howard Beach, NY for six years. While there, she received several awards including the Million Dollar Award and the Centurion Award which is for Top Producer for any given year. And although Constance is new here at Village Real Estate, the business of Real Estate is not new to her. Her father, Nicholas Tomeo, was a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1969 and a Home Builder for 30 years before that. Constance attended Pace University in Downtown Manhattan. After that she worked for Shearson Lehman for 15 years first as an Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Data Processing and managed 10 secretaries and the network system for the department. After that, she was an analyst for the Senior Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer. Her duties included analyzing the financial consultants sales worldwide, calculating their draw, and running their database. Constance has two beautiful children Joey and Nicole who are her pride and joy. She is also engaged to be married to Ken Dell'Acqua also of Hampton Bays. Naomi Kleinhandler has sold real estate in the Hamptons for over 20 years, honesty and professionalism are her top priorities. Finding the right match between buyer and property is what she does best. She has a master’s degree in education and uses her skills to listen carefully. Susan spends her spare time in her art studio working with stained glass, stone carving and glass fusing. Susan and her husband own a sailboat and spend time sailing the beautiful east end of Long Island, Connecticut and Rhode Island when the wind is up.
