Susan von Freddi has been in the real estate business since 1971. She became a Licensed Broker and opened her current business Village Real Estate in Hampton Bays in 1973. She has been a REALTOR since 1976. During the last 35 years she has actively participated in the real estate industry; The New York State Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and is one of the founders and the first President of The Hamptons and North Fork Realtors Association, Inc.

Susan has received many honors over the years such as, "Make America Better" Award, she is a 7 times Life Member of the Realtors Political Action Committee, as well as many chairmanships of committees and a past Director of the New York State Association of Realtors. Early in her career she served as Secretary and the President of the Eastern Suffolk Board of Realtors. She resides in Hampton Bays and New York City with her husband, Robert.

Susan has lived in Hampton Bays most of her life and has been active in many community organizations. She is a director of the Hampton Bays Beautification and has contributed greatly to the "New Look" of Hampton Bays. The downtown Revitalization has been a great source of pride to Susan and volunteering has been a pleasure. She sponsored the Hampton Bays Official Flag Contest and was the committee chairwoman for the Hampton Bays Flagpole and Yardarm installed at the intersection of Montauk Highway and Route 24 as well as the public art sculpture ”Fish in a Crescent Moon” at the Shinnecock Canal Park. Most recently she is an officer and director of the soon to be built Shinnecock Canal Maritime Heritage Center and a member of the Suffolk County Downtown Revitalization advisory committee.

Susan spends her spare time in her art studio “Lighten UP Glass Studio, LLC working with stained glass, stone carving and glass fusing. Susan and her husband own a Passport sailboat and spend time sailing the beautiful east end of Long Island, Connecticut and Rhode Island when the wind is up.

Geri Muhs, co-owner of Village Real Estate is a life-long resident of Hampton Bays. Her family has lived here for four generations. Geri previously owned “Geri’s Headlines”, a hair salon in Hampton Bays that she opened in 1972. Her close one on one relationship with her clients has carried through to her Real Estate business. Each client is treated with her special hands on approach where customer service is all important. Referrals are an important source for any Real Estate broker. Geri’s referrals come from those who have known and trusted her in business since 1972. Geri is the very proud mother of two sons, Jeffrey and Shane and two grandchildren Dakota and Ayden. Resides in Hampton Bays with her husband and two children, Dane and Kory. As a flight attendant with Eastern Airlines for over 9 years she saw a lot of nice areas to live, and feels that the east end of Long Island is one of the prettiest spots to live in the United States. A recent addition to our office. She has an uncommon passion for houses, loves investing in, designing and decorating them! A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology she has a strong background in design and concept. Finding just the right house for just the right buyer is her ultimate goal.

Before joining Village Real Estate, Marcy worked in the toy industry as a designer & product manager. Spending much time abroad in Europe and the far east buying and developing products as well as developing and managing a customer mail order catalog.

Constance Porto has recently joined Village Real Estate after relocating to Hampton Bays last month. Prior to her big move, she was a Licensed Sales Associate and Office Manager for Century 21 Amiable Realty Group II in Howard Beach, NY for six years. While there, she received several awards including the Million Dollar Award and the Centurion Award which is for Top Producer for any given year.

And although Constance is new here at Village Real Estate, the business of Real Estate is not new to her. Her father, Nicholas Tomeo, was a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1969 and a Home Builder for 30 years before that. Constance attended Pace University in Downtown Manhattan. After that she worked for Shearson Lehman for 15 years first as an Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Data Processing and managed 10 secretaries and the network system for the department.
